I enjoy taking risks. I started in the short-term rental industry August 1st, 2018 with a 2Br/1Ba house in Springfield, Missouri. I scaled from one rental arbitrage property to hundreds of units across 10 US states and became a commercial real-estate investor along the way. This took me years of commitment to the craft, and with that time in the game came a wealth of knowledge and experience. My perspective is truly unique, from day one my only focus has been building enterprise value. I truly believe that perspective shift is what made this experience so transformative. I love to travel; the seat that I am in allows me to work from my laptop, which is a huge blessing, and this has created abundant opportunities to travel the world.
